Toastmasters hears speakers
Toastmasters met Nov. 13. Toastmaster Mary Schwartzkopf started with the introduction of members and their assigned duties for the meeting. Bryan Jones gave a speech about surviving winter in North Dakota. The speech focused on the use of visual aids.

Table Topics Master Martin Monek asked Melissa Goodrich and Anita Monek to each choose a side on whether to secede from the United States.
General Evaluator Paul Behle gave a critique of the overall meeting.
Speech Evaluator Anita Monek gave a critique of Jones’ speech and served as timer.
Melissa Goodrich served as ah counter/ grammarian and was named best Table Topics speaker.

Toastmaster for this week is Deb Alber and speaker is Schwartz.
Toastmasters meet at 6 p.m. every Tuesday in the basement at St. James Basilica.
