Dickinson man killed in hit-and-run

Police in Dickinson are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident.

DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — Police in Dickinson are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident.

Authorities said 47-year-old Tracy Freer was struck early Wednesday in the parking lot of a local hotel. He died from his injuries later at a hospital.
