Classic Car Club to meet today

The November meeting of the Jamestown Classic Car Club will be today.

The club will meet at 7 p.m. at the James River Career and Technology Center. Members will discuss events of the past year, elect new officers for 2013 and share further details about the Christmas party.

Members must RSVP at the meeting or call Judy at 252-6777 workdays by Dec. 3. Members attend free, and guests will pay $15 for a meal and the evening. There will be a gift exchange with $10 gifts, as in the past. Be prepared to pay in advance at the meeting.

The club will also discuss the Buffalo Rally Car Show, which will be July 5-6 in McElroy Park. Members are asked to join committees and help out. The dynamometer will again be at the park so members can have their vehicles checked for horsepower output.
