Ethnic Chirstmas tasting in Medora
The Chateau de Mores State Historic Site and the Northern Plains Ethnic Foundation invite the public to attend “A Taste of Ethnic Christmas” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at the Interpretive Center of the Chateau de Mores.
The Chateau de Mores State Historic Site and the Northern Plains Ethnic Foundation invite the public to attend “A Taste of Ethnic Christmas” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at the Interpretive Center of the Chateau de Mores.
Vendors including the German Russian Heritage Society, Sons of Norway, Ukrainian Cultural Institute, Czech Heritage Society and Scandinavians will feature holiday foods. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for youths ages 6 to 15, and free for children under 6. Visitors are also welcome to tour the Exhibit Galleries open house featuring “Emigrants from the Empires: North Dakota’s Germans” in the temporary gallery.
Medora’s Old Fashioned Cowboy Christmas will be held on Dec. 7, 8 and 9, and is sponsored by the Medora Chamber of Commerce.
