BISMARCK (AP) — This year’s Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases in the state’s four largest cities set an attendance record.
Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said slightly more than 34,000 shoppers took in the events in Grand Forks, Fargo, Bismarck and Minot. He said that was the most ever, and the Bismarck and Fargo showcases also set their own records.
More than 500 companies with North Dakota-made products are members of the Agriculture Department’s Pride of Dakota branding program.
