Charges from June crash dismissed

The charges against a Jamestown man stemming from a June accident have been dismissed, according to Jamestown Municipal Court.
The Sun reported earlier this year that Brent Otterson, 1108 Sixth Ave. SE, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and cited for fail to give immediate notice of accident.
According to Brenda Knapp, municipal clerk of court, those charges were dismissed.
