Letter to the editor: Daughter fighting cancer has purse, clothing stolen

My daughter, who is fighting brain cancer, just had all her clothes and purse stolen from her apartment building. They also stole her headache medicine from her cancer and her pain medicine. What is it with people nowadays?

I’m so tired of everybody hurting this girl. She is just trying to work and trying to make a living and now this happens to her. I just want to know if they are going to pay the bills that were in her purse. Also, I was wondering if they are going to let her know when her next doctor’s appointment is as that was in her purse. The clothes they stole were just about everything she owned except for a couple of pairs of pants. I hope those thieves are very proud of themselves. I would also like to see them rot in hell.
