City Council special meeting set for 9 a.m. Thursday

The Jamestown City Council plans a special meeting at 9 a.m. Thursday in City Hall.

The council will approve payment to Interstate Engineering for several projects and enter an executive session to consult with City Attorney Ken Dalsted on territorial service claims by Stutsman Rural Water District.
