North Dakota State defeats Towson 65-48

TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Mike Felt came off the bench to score 16 points and lead North Dakota State to a 65-48 victory over Towson Saturday night.

TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Mike Felt came off the bench to score 16 points and lead North Dakota State to a 65-48 victory over Towson Saturday night.

The Bison of the Summit League won for the eighth time in the last 10 games. North Dakota State (9-3) led 28-25 at halftime but outscored Towson 11-2 to open the second half. The Tigers (4-7) got back within six points, 39-33, but drew no closer.

Felt shot 5 for 8 from the floor, 3 of 6 on 3-pointers and 3 for 3 at the foul line. He got double-figure help from Chris Kading (11 points) and Taylor Braun (10).
