Bantam A notches two victories
The Jamestown-Valley City Prowl Bantam A hockey team went 2-1 last weekend. After an 8-1 loss to Fargo Freeze Black, the Prowl routed Fargo Freeze Silver 9-1. Seth Lind scored four goals. Dawson Dietrich, Gage Thompson, Koby Donavon, Hunter Best and Cole Burkle also scored. Assists went to Alex Gums (2), Best (2), Thompson (2), Kelton Beedy (2), Connor Grosgebauer (2), Donavon, Chris Hare and Lind. Zach Hanson had 16 saves in goal.

On Sunday, Gums, Burkle, Lind, Donavon and Grosgebauer each scored in a 5-2 win over West Fargo Green. Lind (2), Nick Muncey, Beedy, Grosgebauer and Alex Bennett earned assists. Hanson stopped 31 shots in goal during the victory.
