Students from this area get degrees from MSUM

Minnesota State University Moorhead, Moorhead, Minn., will award degrees to more than 400 students during its fall commencement program at 1 p.m. Thursday in MSUM’s Nemzek Fieldhouse. About 300 students are expected to participate in the ceremony.

Area students listed by hometown are expected to graduate with the following degrees and honors:

Carrington: Allison Buchholtz, Bachelor of Science, speech/language/hearing science.

Fessenden: Jason Pepple, Bachelor of Science, social studies.

Jamestown: Lindsey Job, Bachelor of Social Work, social work; and Jordan Snow, Bachelor of Science, elementary inclusive education.

LaMoure: Kelsey Latt, Bachelor of Social Work, social work; and Daniel Warcken, Master of Science, educational leadership.

Oakes: Megan Boe, Bachelor of Arts, psychology, cum laude.

Valley City: Nicholas Boll, Bachelor of Science, exercise science; Erik Flatt, Bachelor of Arts, communication studies; Kate Hillmer, Bachelor of Nursing, nursing; and Megan Zerface, Bachelor of Science, paralegal.
