Bantam B wins a pair of contests
The Jamestown-Valley City Prowl Bantam B hockey team defeated the Fargo Angels 5-4 in overtime on Saturday and the Grand Forks Royals 4-0 on Sunday.
The Jamestown-Valley City Prowl Bantam B hockey team defeated the Fargo Angels 5-4 in overtime on Saturday and the Grand Forks Royals 4-0 on Sunday.
In the opener, Brandon Miller and Hunter Beckman each scored twice and Jaryn Stading once. Beckman and Colton Altringer got assists and Alex Schauer had 30 saves in goal.
Beckman scored two more goals in the win over Grand Forks. Miller and Stading also tallied, while Nicole Mayland earned the shutout with 37 saves in goal. Erik Wells (2) and Stading got assists.
