Man sentenced for N.D. burglary
A California man has been sentenced to more than four years in prison for breaking into a North Dakota residence. Raymond LaRue, of Wasco, Calif., pleaded guilty in September to a federal charge of burglary.
BISMARCK (AP) — A California man has been sentenced to more than four years in prison for breaking into a North Dakota residence.
Raymond LaRue, of Wasco, Calif., pleaded guilty in September to a federal charge of burglary.
The 31-year-old LaRue was accused of breaking into a residence near New Town and using a knife to damage floors, walls and furniture.
Authorities said LaRue was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time of the break-in.
U.S. District Judge Patrick Conmy sentenced LaRue to four years and three months in federal prison.
