City plans snow removal

City crews will start removing snow in the downtown Jamestown area at 11 tonight and continue during the night.

Downtown merchants and all schools are asked to have their sidewalks shoveled by 9 p.m. before the blades begin the downtown snow removal program.

This schedule is contingent upon changing weather conditions and snow accumulation totals.
