Bantam A drops pair

Connor Grosgebauer and Kelton Beedy scored goals, but the Jamestown-Valley City Bantam A hockey team lost to Mandan 3-1 and Devils Lake 5-1 Dec. 21-22.

Alex Bennett and Gage Thompson earned assists against Mandan. Zach Hanson was peppered with 55 shots in goal, stopping 52 of them.

Against Devils Lake, Thompson was credited with an assist, while Hanson had 30 saves.
