Fargo Air Museum adds homebuilt airplane
The Fargo Air Museum has added a homebuilt airplane to its permanent collection.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The Fargo Air Museum has added a homebuilt airplane to its permanent collection.
Executive director Fran Brummond tells The Forum that homebuilt aircraft had not been represented at the museum and the four-seat Velocity fills that niche.
The plane was built from a kit in 1994 by Kirk Lindberg. The Minnesota resident donated the plane to the museum after flying it for several years.
