James E. Otto, 78, Jamestown, formerly Lakewood Park, North Dakota, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Jamestown Regional Hospital. Funeral Services will be held at 9:00 AM Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at the DaWise-Perry Funeral Chapel, Mandan with Rev Dale Nabben officiating. Burial will be in North Dakota Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be from one hour prior to the service at DaWise-Perry Funeral Chapel, (4614 Memorial Hwy) Mandan.
