Men await charges after fight

A case involving a fight between two employees at a fast food restaurant here is waiting for charges from the Stutsman County State’s Attorney’s Office, according to Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger.
The fight started as an argument between two employees at McDonalds at about 9 a.m. on Dec. 27.
Edinger said there are varying opinions as to who started the fight.
One of the two men was treated and released from Jamestown Regional Medical Center after he suffered injuries in the fight.
It is now up to the Stutsman County State Attorney to either press or waive charges.
More information was not available from law enforcement.
