BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian while driving drunk has been sentenced to federal prison.

Thirty-year-old Koleman Gourneau, of Belcourt, was sentenced to serve four years and nine months behind bars and another three years on supervised release. He pleaded guilty last September to a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
