Children’s prayer workshop scheduled
The United Presbyterian Church Christian education staff is offering a non-denominational children’s prayer workshop Thursday for children kindergarten through fifth grade.
The United Presbyterian Church Christian education staff is offering a non-denominational children’s prayer workshop Thursday for children kindergarten through fifth grade.
The workshop will be from 3:15 to 6 p.m., and will include an after-school snack at 3:20 p.m. and a light supper at 5:30 p.m. Parents are invited to the supper.
The workshop will include hands-on activities teaching children about prayer.
There is no cost, but participants must sign up by Tuesday. To sign up, call the church at 252-1748 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday or Tuesday, or email dlarson10@daktel.com.
The church is located at 302 2nd Ave. SE across the street from the public library.
