BNSF Logistics makes acquisitions
BNSF Logistics, LLC, a third-party logistics provider with an office in Jamestown, recently announced two acquisitions — EP-Team Inc. and Albacore Shipping.
BNSF Logistics, LLC, a third-party logistics provider with an office in Jamestown, recently announced two acquisitions — EP-Team Inc. and Albacore Shipping.
EP-Team Inc. is a privately held global logistics project cargo provider based in Flower Mound, Texas. It operates multiple locations in the U.S. and around the globe.
Albacor Shipping Inc. is a Toronto, Canada-based international global project and general cargo provider with locations across North America, Europe and Russia. Albacor Shipping established operations in Canada and the U.S. in 1998 and expanded to Europe in 2003 and most recently acquired eight operating locations throughout Russia.
