Class B Roundup: Ellendale boys top Pingree-Buchanan-Kensal

Adam White’s 33 points paced the Ellendale boys basketball team to a 59-55 victory in Class B action Tuesday night in Ellendale. It was close throughout, despite the Cardinals leading after the first three breaks. Shawn Hofer had eight points.

Adam White’s 33 points paced the Ellendale boys basketball team to a 59-55 victory in Class B action Tuesday night in Ellendale.

It was close throughout, despite the Cardinals leading after the first three breaks. Shawn Hofer had eight points.

P-B-K’s Cole Diedge finished with a team-high 16.

Kidder County started fast with a 21-point quarter and held on from there in a six-point District 6 win over Napoleon.

Cole Scherbenske led all scorers with 16 points for the Pirates. Ryan Sand added 10.

Napoleon trailed 21-10 after the opening quarter, but won the final three frame 32-30. Bryce Fettig paced the Imperials with 13 points.
