Koenig, Rubio

Michelle Koenig and Joseph Rubio, both Colorado Springs, Colo., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Roger and Peggy Koenig, Jamestown, and Joe and Nancy Rubio, Colorado Springs.

Michelle is a 1986 graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown, a 1990 graduate of Jamestown College, Jamestown, with a bachelor’s degree in business and psychology, and a 2002 graduate of Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs, with a master’s degree in computer science. She is a systems analyst at Verizon, Colorado Springs.

Joseph is a graduate of Doherty High School, Colorado Springs, and a graduate of University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colo., with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and math. He is a business analyst at Verizon, Colorado Springs.

A June 8 wedding is planned at Community Congregational Church, Manitou Springs, Colo.
