N.D. man celebrates during wallet theft
Police say a man hollered “woo-hoo” as he ran out of a Bismarck deli with a woman’s wallet.
BISMARCK (AP) — Police say a man hollered “woo-hoo” as he ran out of a Bismarck deli with a woman’s wallet.
Officer Pat Renz told the Bismarck Tribune that a woman reported Friday that she was eating at the deli and her purse was open and sitting by her.
She told police that a man entered the restaurant and went into the bathroom. When he came out, he walked up from behind the woman, grabbed her wallet out of her open purse, yelled “woo-hoo” and ran out the door.
