BISMARCK (AP) — A North Dakota anti-tobacco group has named a new director.
The Bismarck-based group said Erin Hill-Oban will head Tobacco Free North Dakota.
The position was previously held by Megan Smith Houn.
Hill-Oban is a native of Ray, N.D.
