The Napoleon girls basketball team has worked its way back up to No. 3 in the latest Class B polls released Monday.

The Imperials (11-1) were holding down the No. 5 spot last week, but received a boost with No. 2-ranked Grafton (11-2) and No. 4-ranked Maple Valley (12-2) falling to a pair of previously unranked teams.
Grafton was upended by Lakota/Adams-Edmore 59-50 last Monday, while Maple Valley fell victim to Central Cass 54-34 on Thursday. Grafton and Maple Valley dropped to No. 7 and No. 8 in the poll, respectively, while Lakota/A-E (11-2) and Central Cass (10-2) enter the poll this week and No. 9 and No. 10, respectively.
Bishop Ryan (13-0) still leads the way receiving all 11 first-place votes.
The top 6 spots in the boys basketball poll remained unchanged, with Beulah (16-0) still out front. The Carrington boys dropped out of the poll after falling to No. 2-ranked North Star 60-40 at home on Saturday.
LaMoure-Litchville-Marion (13-2) and Maple Valle (13-2) are receiving votes in the poll.
