Jimmies ink two Everett CC players

Two Everett (Wash.) Community College baseball players have signed with Jamestown College.

Two Everett (Wash.) Community College baseball players have signed with Jamestown College.

Jordan Kynaston and Paul Sitkowski will join the Jimmies next season.

Sitkowski, is a right-handed hitting outfielder from Carnation, Wash. As a freshman, he hit .286 with 40 hits, eight doubles, a home run and earned all-league honors. He is the son of Paul and Judy Sitkowski.

Kynaston, a right-handed relief pitcher from Snohomish, Wash., went 1-0 with one save in 10 appearances last season as a freshman. He had an ERA of 1.45 in 12 1/3 innings pitched. He is the son of Jeff Kynaston and Ginny Kynaston.

Everett CC plays in the competitive NWAACC league.

“We believe both of these players can make a major impact in our program,” JC head baseball coach Tom Hager said. “Both players are not only talented on the field, but also get it done in the classroom. We are very excited that Paul and Jordan have chosen to be part of the Jimmie family.”
