Blue Jays receive votes, polls unchanged

The Jamestown High?School girls basketball team received votes in the latest Class A state media poll, announced Wednesday.

The Blue Jays received two points after upsetting No. 4-ranked Bismarck High on Saturday. Bismarck?Century received all eight first-place votes.

Grand Forks Red River stayed atop the boys poll despite a loss to unranked Fargo Davies, receiving five first-place votes.

Fargo Shanley (No. 2), Minot (No. 3) and Bismarck Century (No. 4) all received one first-place vote.
