Barnes County North outscored Central Prairie 8-4 in the third overtime session to outlast the Firebirds 62-58 in triple overtime on Friday night in Class B basketball action.
Four of six Bison scorers had 10 points or more in the marathon with Jacoby Kramlich’s 19 points leading the way. T.J. Steckler (17), David Undem (10) and Brad Clemens (10) were also in double figures as the Bison overcame a 24-16 halftime deficit.
Central Prairie’s Brett Williams had a huge night from downtown, connecting for eight 3-pointers en route to a game-best 27 points. Wyatt Staloch added 14 points for the Firebirds in defeat.
