APUC to consider 7 funding requests this quarter

North Dakota's Agricultural Products Utilization Commission will consider seven funding requests at its quarterly meeting on Feb. 21 in Bismarck.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's Agricultural Products Utilization Commission will consider seven funding requests at its quarterly meeting on Feb. 21 in Bismarck.

The commission better known as APUC is a program of the state Commerce Department that funds developers of North Dakota farm products.

This quarter's grant requests total just under $288,000. The largest request is from North Dakota State University's Department of Plant Sciences, which is seeking $75,000 for research work.
