Roads 'impassible' in Dickey County

Roads in Dickey County are impassible, according to Emergency Manager Charlie Russell.

Roads in Dickey County are impassible, according to Emergency Manager Charlie Russell.

Russell said by email Monday morning that more than a foot of snow fell in Ellendale, N.D., and there are larger amounts to the east and south. Crews are reporting drifts as high as four feet on roads.

He asked all motorists to stay off the roads.
