Class B roundup: Napoleon rallies past Ellendale

Sheridon Dewald?dumped 27 points on Ellendale as Napoleon picked up a 73-60 win at home in Class B girls basketball action on Tuesday night. Mariah Jangula and Kendra Weigel each had 16 points in the victory, which saw Napoleon rally from a one-point deficit by outscoring Ellendale 22-7 in the third quarter.

Sheridon Dewald?dumped 27 points on Ellendale as Napoleon picked up a 73-60 win at home in Class B girls basketball action on Tuesday night.

Mariah Jangula and Kendra Weigel each had 16 points in the victory, which saw Napoleon rally from a one-point deficit by outscoring Ellendale 22-7 in the third quarter.

The?Cardinals were led by Madi Bommersbach’s 20 points. Kristen Rall and Isabell Wedell added 14 and 13, respectively.

Both teams are the top seeds for their respective district tournaments with Ellendale coming out of District 5 and Napoleon in District 6.
