Top, the Jamestown Blue Jays fifth-grade boys basketball team placed first at the Bismarck State College tournament last weekend. They defeated the Dickinson Lightning 35-20, Mandan Vipers 40-28, Bismarck Panthers 42-23 and the Bismarck Panters 55-27 in the championship game. Bottom, the Jamestown sixth-grade boys basketball team went 5-1 to win the Bismarck State College tournament. They defeated the Bismarck Bolts 36-23, the Storm 38-16, lost to the Magic City Ballers 42-39, beat the Bismarck Bolts 29-28 and then beat the Minot City Ballers twice, 39-35 and 19-18.
