Taize’ worship at Jamestown College
Grace on Campus and The Riebe Center are collaborating to conduct a — Taize’ — style worship on Thursday at 7 p.m. Feb. 21 at Voorhees Chapel on Jamestown College campus.
Grace on Campus and The Riebe Center are collaborating to conduct a — Taize’ — style worship on Thursday at 7 p.m. Feb. 21 at Voorhees Chapel on Jamestown College campus.
The Taize’ Monastery in France developed an ecumenical, contemplative style of worship that incorporates simple music, prayer and quiet small words that help draw the worshiper closer to God.
Thousands of young people of all ages are drawn to this worship internationally. Taize’ worship is particularly popular on college campuses.
