Teen Challenge Choir to perform

North Dakota Teen Challenge Choir will be performing at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at First Church of the Nazarene, 1307 Sixth Ave. SE, Jamestown.

North Dakota Teen Challenge Choir will be performing at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at First Church of the Nazarene, 1307 Sixth Ave. SE, Jamestown.

A freewill offering will be taken for the ministry of Teen Challenge.

Teen Challenge is an adult, faith-based, resident recovery program offering a fresh start to those trapped in drug and alcohol abuse.

Teen Challenge was started in 1958 by Pastor David Wilkerson, who later co-authored the book “The Cross and the Switchblade.” North Dakota Teen Challenge was founded in Williston, N.D. in 2001 and is currently located in Mandan, N.D., with 30 adults enrolled.

It serves people from all over North Dakota and from several states as well.

NDTC is a registered 501(C)(3) charitable organization whose primary source of income comes from private donations.
