Carrington and Four Winds-Minnewaukan will meet for the District 7 tournament title on Monday night.
The Cardinals won a low-scoring semifinal over Harvey-Wells County, while the Indians held off New Rockford-Sheyenne Friday night in Devils Lake.
Neither Carrington nor Harvey-Wells County scored more than 13 points in any quarter, but the Cardinals won by 10, 34-24.
Austin Johnson was the lone player in double figures in the game with 10 points. The Cardinals made just 14 of their 34 shots, while the Hornets made nine and missed 30 attempts.
In the first semifinal, Trayvon McKay knocked down five 3s as part of a 21-point game as Four Winds-Minnewaukan edged New Rockford-Sheyenne 56-51. Austin Longie added 17 points for the winners.
Jacob Lommen topped four Rockets in double figures with 13 points. Both teams missed 11 free throws in the game.
Warwick kept its season alive with an 85-60 win over Midkota.
The Warriors were red-hot in the first half, including a 29-point second quarter. Antoine Motley hit for 24 points and sank six of Warwick’s 12 3-pointers.
Austin Monson led Midkota with 22 points. Dalton Ehlers (17) and Dakota Hoyt (12) were also in double figures.
On Monday, New Rockford-Sheyenne plays Warwick and Harvey-Wells County takes on Lakota-Adams-Edmore in region-tournament qualifiers, beginning at 4 p.m. The championship game follows.

District 2 Tournament
Top-seeded Fargo Oak Grove rolled past Finley-Sharon-Hope-Page in the opening day of the District 2 tournament in Fargo.
Twelve Grovers scored in the game with Tyler Christianson’s 18 points leading the way.
Clay Montag and Austen Archer had 16 points apiece to lead the Spartans.
Enderlin outscored Northern Cass 11-4 in overtime to earn a trip to the semifinals.
Daniel Lindgren carried the load for the Eagles with a game-high 29 points. Thomas Lindgren added 17 and Coltin Huus, a Jamstown College recruit, added 10 points and six rebounds.
Taylor Kyllo led Northern Cass with 20 points.
Central Cass used six 3-pointers and 22 points from Garret Ebach to roll past Kindred 70-58 in quarterfinal game No. 3.
The Squirrels outrebounded the Vikings 34-27 and committed 3 less turnovers (17-20). Kindred’s Fletcher Andel hit four 3-pointers and scored 14 points. Charlie Plankers also scored 14 for Kindred.
Meeting Central Cass in tonight’s semifinals will be the Maple Valley Raiders, who defeated Richland 65-47 in the final quarterfinal game of the day.
James Richman (22 points) and Jordan Haseleu (20) lead the way for the Raiders. Maple Valley outrebounded Richland 34-23 and shot 53 percent from the field.
