MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota woman is facing criminal charges in a vehicle-pedestrian accident that killed two people.

Sheila Morin has been indicted in federal court with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. She has pleaded not guilty.

Authorities say Morin was drunk on Oct. 27 when she caused the accident that killed 41-year-old Jennifer Crissler and 30-year-old Lacey Delorme.

Trial has been scheduled for April 23.

Lawyers in the case were not immediately available for comment.
