Letter to the editor: Eventide expansion threatens local homeowners
The Eventide at Hi-Acres expansion is going to reduce the value of the homes on Second Place. The proposed zoning should be stopped due to the impact to homeowners. The Eventide at Hi-Acres expansion is going to reduce the value of the homes on Second Place. The proposed zoning should be stopped due to the impact to homeowners. Eventide has no stake in home values in the northeast other than a Minnesota-based company to increase income for the company and CEO.
The staff consumes the parking with no regard for the homeowners. In short, the homeowners need to be compensated or Eventide needs to purchase the homes on Second Place. I intend to follow up at the zoning meetings and with other involved residents and elected officials.
