Jimmies’ Miller gets at-large bid to nationals

Jamestown College junior Jaykob Miller earned an at-large bid into the NAIA national wrestling championships.

Miller, who went 3-3 at 157 pounds on Saturday at the North Region Qualifer in Fremont, Neb., joins teammates Sean Blumhardt (125), Dillon Kifer (141) and Michael Nord (165) as national qualifiers.

Heavyweight Antonio Lopez is a first alternate and would get to compete if a 285-pounder withdraws. The national meet is March 1-2 in Des Moines, Iowa. Jamestown College was ranked 17th in the final team poll.
