Lake Region post finalists named
A North Dakota Board of Higher Education committee has named three finalists for president at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake.
BISMARCK (AP) — A North Dakota Board of Higher Education committee has named three finalists for president at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake.
The candidates are Jeremy Brown, president of Dowling College; Jerome Migler, provost and executive vice chancellor of Pima Community College; and Doug Darling, interim president at Lake Region.
The three finalists will meet in March with Chancellor Hamid Shirvani, who will give his recommendations to the board. The board will decide on the next president.
Former Lake Region president Mike Bower left last summer to become the president of Owens Community College in Ohio.
