Kraft ties for 12th at Miami tourney

Laura Kraft tied for 12th at the Sir Pizza Terrapin Challenge in Miami, Fla., this week.

Kraft, a sophomore at the University of Missouri, had her best round to cap the tournament with a 1-over par 73, which included four birdies. She posted a 74 and 78 to start for a total of 225.

Kraft was playing individually in the 16-team tournament, but tied for the best score and finish of any Missouri golfer. The Tigers next meet is March 15-16 in Tucson, Ariz.
