Roscoe given VCSU scholarship
The Office of Enrollment Services at Valley City State University has announced that Kate Roscoe, daughter of Gary and Jane Roscoe, James-town, has been awarded a VCSU V-500 Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year. Kate graduated from Jamestown High School in 2012.

Valley City State University scholarships are made available as a result of the support of alumni and friends. Students are selected to receive these scholarships on the basis of their high school GPA, ACT/SAT score and their high school class rank.
