North Dakota beats Bemidji St. 4-2

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Brothers Mark and Mitch MacMillan combined for three goals as North Dakota beat Bemidji State 4-2 on Friday and moved into second place in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.
Mark MacMillan had two goals and an assist, while Mitch MacMillan added a goal and an assist. With the win, North Dakota took over sole possession of second place in the WCHA with 32 points. St. Cloud State leads the league with 35 points.
Joe Gleason added a goal for North Dakota (18-9-6, 13-6-6), which outshot the Beavers 28-19. North Dakota goalie Clarke Saunders made 17 stops.
Cory Ward and Radoslav Illo scored for Bemidji State (6-18-7, 5-14-6). Goalie Andrew Walsh made 24 stops.
