The Jamestown/

Stutsman Development Corp. is helping finance the move of a local printing company. The board of directors authorized a Flex Pace interest buy down Monday for Two Rivers Printing to lower interest costs associated with the business acquiring a new location.

The action authorizes a loan of up to $54,000 that is used, along with a grant from the Bank of North Dakota, to reduce interest on the loan Two Rivers Printing will use to purchase the current building occupied by Waggin’ Tails Doggy Daycare.

Lori Zimney, owner of Two Rivers Printing along with Marlene Wiest, said they plan to expand the business and add additional employees.

“We print brochures and provide mailing services,” Zimney said. “We do business in all the counties within a 100-mile radius. We feel we are the biggest print shop operation in North Dakota outside Fargo or Bismarck.”

The Flex Pace interest buy down program reduces the interest expense of the real estate loan. Once the primary loan is paid off, the business repays the JSDC over a two-year period.
