Bismarck man accused of human trafficking
A North Dakota man is accused of attempting to have sex with a minor.
MINOT (AP) — A North Dakota man is accused of attempting to have sex with a minor.
Thomas Dietz, of Bismarck, is charged with felony human trafficking. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for March 21.
Authorities said the 34-year-old Dietz made arrangements with an undercover sheriff to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.
The Bismarck Tribune reported that Dietz allegedly drove from Bismarck to a Minot hotel, where he was arrested.
