ND mother pleads not guilty to murdering son
A Fort Ransom woman accused in the death of her toddler son has pleaded not guilty to murder.
LISBON, N.D. (AP) — A Fort Ransom woman accused in the death of her toddler son has pleaded not guilty to murder.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jodi Lindvall is charged in the death last September of 22-month-old Bentley Lindvall. Prosecutors say an autopsy determined the boy had been physically abused and died of a head injury.
KFGO radio reports that Lindvall is free pending her next court appearance. She could face life in prison if convicted.
