JHS picked sixth in preseason baseball

Jamestown is picked sixth out of eight in the West Region in the preseason coaches poll.

The Blue Jays will be coached by Kelley Kessler, who replaces Cory Anderson.

Jamestown’s first game is scheduled for April 11 at Jack Brown Stadium against preseason No. 1 Fargo Davies.

In the West Region rankings, Bismarck is picked first followed by Bismarck Century and Minot.

In the Class B poll, Carrington is picked at No. 4.
