Taco Feed and Pops Concert set
The Jamestown High School Choir, Show Choir, and Blue Jazz will be hosting their annual Taco Feed and Pops Concert Monday. The event was initially scheduled March 4 but was postponed to March 11 due to the weather.
The Jamestown High School Choir, Show Choir, and Blue Jazz will be hosting their annual Taco Feed and Pops Concert Monday. The event was initially scheduled March 4 but was postponed to March 11 due to the weather.
Taco tickets are $8 for individual or $25 for families and entertainment including vocal and instrumental performers and the JHS Jazz Band beginning at 5 p.m. in the high school commons.
The Pops Concert begins at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. The concert is free. Special guests for the concert include the Jamestown Middle School Pops Choir singing “Cold and Fugue Season.” The Pops Concert will feature popular music from the 1940s through 2012 with titles such as Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours,” “Old Time Rock and Roll,” “Popular” from “WICKED,” “Under the Boardwalk,” “The Lion Sleeps Tonight,” “America the Beautiful” and many others.
