New load restrictions posted for southwest, south central, North Dakota
The Department of Transportation has issued load restrictions for roads in southwest and south central North Dakota.
The Department of Transportation has issued load restrictions for roads in southwest and south central North Dakota.
The area includes highways south of North Dakota Highway 200 and west of the Missouri River and highways south of North Dakota Highway 200 that are east of the Missouri River and west on North Dakota Highway 3.
Also included is North Dakota Highway 1806 from Mandan to 10 miles north of Mandan.
Excluded from the load restrictions are:
North Dakota Highway 200 from the Montana state line to the junction of U.S. Highway 85
North Dakota Highway 68 form the junction of North Dakota Highway 16 to the junction of U.S. Highway 85.
North Dakota Highway 16 from Squaw Gap to the junction of North Dakota Highway 68.
North Dakota Highway 11 from the junction of U.S. Highway 83 to the junction of North Dakota Highway 3.
The restrictions become effective at 7 a.m., March 12 and are in addition to any other previously issued load restrictions.
