Production tax yield listed incorrectly
In the article “Conservation funds take divergent trails” on page A6 in Friday’s Sun, the estimated amount of money from oil and gas production taxes for a North Dakota Outdoor Heritage Fund under House Bill 1278 was incorrect. Using 8 percent of oil and gas production taxes would raise $35 million in the coming biennium.
